PURPOSE: A cap adjuster of a truck is provided to secure the reliability in cap suspension and cap adjustment by securing a free flow of a hydraulic oil in a low-operating section via a limit switch and a solenoid valve. CONSTITUTION: A free path(56) for the free operation of a cylinder(34) is installed in a portion of a cap adjusting cylinder(30). A solenoid valve(38) connected with a power supply(48) is connected to the free path. A solenoid adjusting relay(50) is connected to the solenoid valve. A cap upward position limit switch(52) and a cap downward position limit switch(54) are connected to the solenoid adjusting relay. A manual pump(40) and an electromotive pump(42) are connected to an oil entrance(36) of the cap adjusting cylinder. If a hydraulic oil is supplied to an oil line, a plunger(32) moves upward by the difference of the pressure-applied area of the plunger. A check valve(46) is connected to a portion of the oil line. When the cylinder moves downward, the lower oil is drained to an oil tank(44).
