PURPOSE: A hydraulic engine mounting is provided to improve the commercial quality of a vehicle by raising a dynamic load and a static load corresponding to the optimal characteristics by insulating a vibration. CONSTITUTION: A pressure plate(40) elastically supported on a spring(50) is installed inside a first elastic member(10). If a load is applied to the first elastic member, the pressure plate insulates a vibration by compressing the spring. When a load of a high frequency area is applied to the first elastic member, a fluid in a first fluid chamber of the first elastic member flows to a second fluid chamber(21) of a second elastic member(20) via a shake orifice(32). Then, a vibration is absorbed. When a vibration is generated due to the engine driving of a vehicle, the fluid in the first fluid chamber flows to the second fluid chamber through an idle orifice(31) of a partition(30). Therefore, a static load and a dynamic load are raised properly.
