PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polysulfide-modified epoxy resin composition which has a low viscosity and can be cured at a low temperature such as <=5 deg.C. SOLUTION: This epoxy resin composition is characterized by comprising a heterogeneous ring-containing compound having a specific structure, a polysulfide-modified epoxy resin, and an amino compound having two or more active hydrogen atoms originated from an amino group in the molecule.
