PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle with stirring device capable of carrying out a primary processing of an object to be processed during conveying from a discharge place to a processing place. SOLUTION: A box body 2 is mounted to a chassis 7 of a vehicle car body 1, with a rear side part outwardly turnably journalled, provided with openings 8, 9 on an upper part and a rear part for accommodating an object B to be processed. A plurality of rotation shafts 3 are rotatably horizontally provided with intervals in this box body 2 by a driving means 15 to be parallel to a turning direction of the box body 2 and plural pairs of stirring members 4 are projectedly attached to this rotation shaft 3 with intervals. Openable/closable upper part and rear part covering bodies 5, 6 are independently provided on the openings 8, 9 at the upper part and the rear part of the box body 2.
