PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement detector which has a wiring-board structure capable of dealing with miniaturization. SOLUTION: A resin sheet 31a and a resin sheet 31b are arranged on, heated and pressurized to. Both faces of a readout head 2 are constituted by using a printed-wiring board 20 in which a transmitting electrode 22 and a signal interconnection 23 connected through a through hole 24 are formed on both faces. The through hole 24 is filled with a resin, and its surface is flattened at the same time.
