PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water refrigerant heating air conditioner and a method for controlling the same capable of effectively using circulation water heated by a circulating water heating device, by enabling connection to a hot water using appliance, having superior energy saving property and superior space saving property, producing proper amenity, by stably controlling the quantity of radiation from an indoor side heat exchanger, producing an proper amenity by keeping heating capacity of the hot water using appliance that is connected and having an superior heat exchange efficiency with small radiation loss. SOLUTION: The hot-water refrigerant heating air conditioner of the present invention is provided with a hot-water heat exchanger and uses hot water and a refrigerant, and comprises an outside water supply path for supplying hot water to the hot-water using appliance, an outside hot water return path for returning the hot water that has been used, a circulation water bypass path made to communicate with the outside water supply path and the outside water return path and a circulation water flow rate control valve.
