PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight piping fixing member free from corrosion, and capable of being easily driven into the earthen floor under the floor, and surely fixing a piping, a sheathed pipe or a header on a predetermined position of the earthed floor under the floor. SOLUTION: This piping fixing member 1 is used for fixing the piping, the sheathed pipe or the header to the earthen floor under the floor, and composed of a resin saddle 11 having a locking part 111 for locking the piping, sleeve or header, and a earthen floor fixing part 112 having a square nail insertion hole 112a, and a resin nail 12 driven into the earthen floor through the nail insertion hole 112a of the saddle 11, the nail 12 has a head part 122 on a basic end part of a driving part 121, the driving part 121 has a square cross section, a top face of the head part 122 is a flat face, and the head part 122 has saddle pressing parts 123, 124 for pressing the earthen floor fixing part 112 of the saddle 11.
