PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system capable of efficiently utilizing air conditioning energy, low in costs and easy in maintenance. SOLUTION: This air conditioning system is provided with a return air branch passage 17 and a supply air branch passage 18 which are branched from a return air passage 14 for returning the return air from an interior zone I, having an indoor air conditioning facility 6 to an air conditioner 9 and an air supply passage 10 for supplying the supply air from the air conditioner 9 to the interior zone I, respectively, and connect these passages 14 and 10 severally to perimeter zone blowout ports 15. These branch passages 17 and 18 are provided with opening and closing dampers 21 and 22 which connect the return air branch passage 17 to the perimeter zone blowout ports 15 in winter, and connect the air supply branch passage 18 to the perimeter zone blowout port 15 in summer.
