PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a built-up form unit structure for use in forming a heat insulating skeleton, which improves the workability thereof in the construction field, reduces construction costs, and allows storage and transportation thereof. SOLUTION: The built-up form unit structure consists of a first form body 2 and a second form body 3 as a unit. The first form body 2 has spacer members 20 attached thereto in one body, and the spacer members 20 each can have a bearing shaft 21 penetrated therethrough. The second form body 3 is opposed to the first form body 2 via the spacer member 20, to thereby form a gap for placing concrete. The spacer member 20 is formed of a small-diameter bearing portion 20B, and a large-diameter spacer portion 20A. The bearing portion 20B is held by either the first or second form body 2 or 3 in one body. The spacer portion 20A has a predetermined length and is attached to the small-diameter bearing portion 20B so as to be sandwiched at a location between the first and second form bodies 2 and 3, to thereby separate both the form bodies 2 and 3 from each other. The first form body 2 is formed of heat insulating block bodies 2A, 2B, and 2C which are vertically combined with each other, and the block bodies each have projecting and recessed bar portions at their fitting portion. Each small-diameter bearing portion 20B is arranged astride the vertically arranged heat insulating block bodies 2A, 2B, and 2C at a location of the fitting portion having the projecting and recessed bar portions.
