PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process cartridge capable of reducing the capacity of a nonvolatile memory to be used and comparing initial setting values at the same level even when there are plural initial setting values by managing the guarantee time of a photosensitive body and a waste toner collecting part in a recyclable process cartridge attachable to and detachable from an image forming device by successively subtracting the guarantee time in the memory. SOLUTION: In a process cartridge 2, this process cartridge has a readable/ writable nonvolatile memory 13, photosensitive body operation guarantee time found on the basis of the working time of a photosensitive body 3 is stored in the nonvolatile memory 13 and for the stored photosensitive body operation guarantee time, remaining photosensitive body operation guarantee time is calculated by successively subtracting the working time of the photosensitive body. At the same time, waste toner collection guarantee time found on the basis of the working time of a cleaning means is stored in the nonvolatile memory 13 and for the stored waste toner collection guarantee time, remaining waste toner collection guarantee time is calculated by successively subtracting the working time of the cleaning means. |
