ELECTROLYTIC REMOVER FOR FUR OF BOILING COOKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain equipment for efficiently removing the fur sticking to the wall surfaces of a hot-water bath of a washboiler which boils small fishes of boiled-dried fishes, i.e., the layers of the fish fat and dust sticking to the surface of the hot-water bath without spending labor. SOLUTION: The boiling cooker which is constituted by compartmentalizing the inside of the hot-water bath made of stainless steel materials by partition walls to form hot-water paths for flowing hot-water and is of a type to boil up the boiled-dried fish materials fed into these hot-water paths while allowing the materials to flow together with hot water. The hot-water paths are provided with construction electrodes and the hot-water bath and the construction electrodes are connected to one pole and another pole of a DC power source. The fur is removed when the construction electrodes are activated as anodes and nickel plating is applied to the hot-water bath when the hot-water bath is activated as the anode.
