PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a completely waterproof fashion cover for a portable telephone eliminating some troubles experienced by many people in which the telephone is weak against water while they dropped it in water by accident to cause it to be non-operative, or people working in a severe labor situation put it in the pocket to cause it to be non-operative by their sweat and buying another new portable telephone every time they troubled. SOLUTION: A portable telephone is completely covered by a transparent quite thin rubber, an inlet side of the rubber cover is bundled tight to enable surrounding atmosphere to be completely shut out against the portable telephone, resulting in that a complete waterproof state can be realized. A bundled segment at the inlet side is hidden by a cap to apply a fashionable taste to the cover, resulting in that its outer appearance is improved and further applying either a color or a pattern to the cap causes the cover to become a fashionable item. The cap is opened with a lower hole and a lateral hole, the bundled segment is pushed into the cap through the lateral hole and the lower part of the bundled segment is put out of the cap.
