PURPOSE: A multi-functional assembling unit is provided to effectively utilize a space and to enjoy various kinds of plays by binding various functions of plays in the multi-functional assembling unit. CONSTITUTION: A multi-functional assembling unit comprises the first unit and the second unit. The first unit has a desk shape having rectangular slots and includes a pair of legs(12) at both ends thereof. The rectangular slots are spaced from an upper edge portion of the desk. An opening(13) is formed in at least one of legs(12). The size of the opening(13) is enough to allow children to pass therethrough. The second unit includes inserting sections(21) at both sides thereof. The inserting section(21) having a triangle shape and is coupled to the rectangular slot of the first unit. A plate member(22) extends from the inserting sections(21). The plate member(22) includes the first plate member(22a) arranged towards a side of the inserting section and the second plate member(22b) formed below the first plate member(22a).
