PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exoergic elastomer composition having a similar degree or more exoergic property to an exoergic sheet obtained by dispersing a metal compound in a silicone rubber, also a sufficient electric insulating property and a good close adhesion to an exoergic element or heating element, and capable of being recycled, and an exoergic sheet consisting of the above composition. SOLUTION: This exoergic elastomer composition is characterized by containing (A) a thermoplastic elastomer composition consisting of (a) 100 pts.wt. styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer, (b) 0-100 pts.wt. propylene homopolymer and/or a propylene copolymer consisting mainly of propylene, (c) 30-500 pts.wt. paraffin-based oil and (d) 1-15 pts.wt. propylene homoplymer and/or propylene copolymer consisting mainly of propylene, modified with maleic anhydride or maleic acid, and (B) 200-1,200 pts.wt. fine ceramic powder based on 100 pts.wt. component (A), and the exoergic sheet is also provided.
