PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a high quality image while reducing the cost by simplifying the structure of the housing or frame and holding a focusing element on the housing or frame through a simple structure. SOLUTION: A focusing element 14 is held by a rigid member 15 which is then bonded to a frame 16 while aligning the focusing element 14 with a light emitting element array 13 held on the frame 16 thus enhancing strength of the focusing element 14 and preventing deformation thereof due to aging.
