PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoothly operating cable guide structure for a window regulator, improving durability by preventing the occurrence of damage to a cable by abrasion and folding even when an oblique cabling part is made linear. SOLUTION: At least either of the oblique cabling part D undergoes linear cabling. The directions of tangents 27d and 33d along the surfaces of revolution of pulleys 27 and 33 at contacts 27c and 33c between rail cabling parts A and B and cable guide grooves 27a and 33a are set so as to correspond to the axial directions of the cabling parts A and B of the cable 21. The directions of the tangents 27f and 33f along the surfaces of the revolution of the pulleys 27 and 33 at contacts 27e and 33e between the cabling part D and the guide grooves 27a and 33a are set so as to correspond to the axial direction of the cabling part D of the cable 21.
