PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrower that can be changed from an attachment type to a stationary type and used. SOLUTION: A thrower 2 has a constitution that allows it to be freely fitted to a circulating grain dryer 1 by thrower-mounting frames 6 and 7 fixed to a thrower case 5, and the thrower-mounting frames 6 and 7 has a constitution that permits them to be vertically divided into two. The upper frames 6A and 7A are changed into a handle 11, and a pedestal 12 is mounted on the lower frames 6B and 7B so as to allow the stationary usage on the ground.
