PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel upper surface cleaning device capable of being efficiently cleaned even if the upper surface of a road tunnel has a curved surface and, at the same time, preventing the scattering of dust or polluted water in the case of cleaning. SOLUTION: The tunnel upper surface cleaning device 2 mounted on a working vehicle 1 includes a support 3 erected on a base 2a, an expansion boom 4 mounted on the support 3 in a turnable manner in the vertical direction and in the horizontal direction, a bracket 5 mounted on the front end of the expansion boom 4 around a pivot in a rotatable manner, a brush cover 6 mounted to the bracket 5 in a rotatable manner and a rotational brush 8 mounted to the brush cover 6 in a state capable of being pivoted. Throating channels 6c and 6d are mounted to the end of an opening of the brush cover 6, water injection nozzle pipes 7a and 7b are provided to the inside thereof, and water is injected on a tunnel upper wall surface to make wet cleaning by the rotational brush 8. The polluted water is discharged to the side of a road by a drain pipe 21 connected to the brush cover 6.
