PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag container for seal packaging, capable of sanitarily and smoothly discharging contents. SOLUTION: An inner portion surrounding a discharge port 3 of the bag container is partitioned into a small chamber 6 with an airtight partitioning member 4 whose strength is weaker than those of outer wall members 1 and which has flexibility. By this method, contents filling a storing part 5 are retreated from the discharge port 3, thereby preventing the contents from being extruded outward in cutting the discharge port 3 and also a cutting blade from being brought into contact with the contents. The small chamber 6 is kept in a vacuum state, and the partitioning member 4 weak in its strength is protected from the internal pressure of the storing part 5 during transportation and storage. It is so designed that the partitioning member 4 is broken after cutting the discharge port 3 and that the contents can be discharged sanitarily and smoothly.
