PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walk in/out person confirming system capable of registering confirming information into a walk in/out person managing device from a remote place. SOLUTION: This walk in/out person confirming system comprises an input device 1 having an input part 2 for inputting the confirming information to be remotely registered and a communication part 3 for transmitting the confirming information inputted from the input part 2 to the outside, and the walk in/out person managing device 4 having a communication part 5 for receiving the confirming information from the input device 1, a storing part 6 for storing and registering the received confirming information, a collation information input part 7 for inputting confirming information to be collated, a collating part 8 for collating the confirming information inputted from the collation information input part 7 with the confirming information stored in the storing part 6, and a control part 6 for controlling opening/closing of a door 10 based on a collation result by the collating part 8. The person can register confirming information with the input device 1 from a remote place without going to an installation place of the walk in/out person managing device.
