PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain rationalization and an efficiency increase in construction work by integrating two works using separate equipment and materials and tools of temporary fastening work and succeeding scaffold work of wall panels when constructing a building by a wall panel construction method. SOLUTION: A machine frame F of a right angled triangle shape in a plan view is composed of vertical frames 1A, 1B and 1C, and plural-stage horizontal frames 2, 3 and 4. An upper work floor 20 and a lower work floor 30 are detachably installed in the upper horizontal frame 2 and a machine frame intermediate part. Moving casters 8 and fixing jacks 9 are attached to the lower end of the machine frame F. A wall panel temporarily fastening means H1 is arranged on an outside surface of upper horizontal frames 2A, 2B and 2C and lower horizontal frames 3A, 3B and 3C. The wall panels are temporarily fixed to the machine frame F by the temporarily fastening means in a state of vertically fixing the machine frame F. Connecting work of the mutual wall panels is performed from the machine frame work floors 20 and 30.
