PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pin cylinder lock with excellent crime prevention property having no possibility of copying of a spare key and improper use. SOLUTION: This pin cylinder lock has a non-contact state holding mechanism 10 in which lower pins 7a to 7f are separated from a member BK other than the spare key to provide a non-contact state when a rotating force is applied by inserting the member BK other than the spare key into a keyhole 8 of an inner cylinder 5 turnably engaging with an outer cylinder 1.
