摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission type optical path length scanning mechanism capable of scanning at high speed and an optical device such as an OCT system capable of performing high-speed operation and having high S/N by using the optical path length scanning mechanism. SOLUTION: This scanning mechanism is provided with a 1st optical element 31 having at least one refractive surface 36b, a driving device 32 changing the direction of the refractive surface 36b of the 1st optical element 31 with time, a 2nd optical element 33 whose optical path length is different according to a light passing position, and a 3rd optical element 34 leading the light from the 1st optical element 32 to the same specified position both when the device 32 is operated and when it is not operated.
