PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of inspection by directly confirming the strength of a welding section by torsional torque working in constructing a steel pipe pile. SOLUTION: The strength of the mutual welding joining sections of steel pipes in a rotary press-in type steel pipe pile is inspected by measuring torque working to the steel pipe pile during the construction works of the steel pipe pile in which a blade is fixed at a front end.
