CONJUGATED FIBER AND NONWOVEN FABRIC COMPRISING THE SAME FIBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a conjugated fiber with a high yield during the production process for the conjugated fiber, having good processing characteristics and good adhesion when a nonwoven fabric is produced and excellent performances of a good (soft) touch feeling and the nonwoven fabric comprising the fiber. SOLUTION: This conjugated fiber comprises at least two components in which one component A which is a polyhexamethylene adipamide copolymerized with >=0.01 and <=10 wt.% of a lactam and containing an inert particle and the other component B is a polyamide polymer containing an insert particle. The conjugated fiber has an inert particle content (wt.%) in the components A and B satisfying the following conditions (1) and (2) and the nonwoven fabric uses the fiber. 0.1<=A/B<=10.0...(1) 0.05 wt.%<=A+B<=5 wt.%...(2).
