PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve installing performance, to make an outer diameter compact, and to improve durability without complicating a shape of a dust boot. SOLUTION: In this dust boot 20 for a power steering device, an installing part 23 to a fitting part 19A arranged on a tie rod 19 of the dust boot 20 is formed so as to be freely slidable in the shaft direction to the fitting part 19A, and the extending length of the dust boot 20 is set smaller than a moving distance of a rack shaft 16.
