PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric porcelain composition by which laminated electronic parts having excellent electric characteristics can be composed, whose sintering temperature is <=950 deg.C, and in which dielectric loss is small, and to provide laminated electronic parts provided with the above characteristics. SOLUTION: A composition containing Ba (Mgl/3Ta2/3)O3 as the main component and, by weight, 24 to 29% SiO2 as an assistant component is incorporated with borosilicate glass (ZnO.SiO2.B2O3) by 2 to 3% by an external blend to form the dielectric porcelain composition. Alternatively, the dielectric porcelain composition containing, as an additive, Al2SiO5 or Bi2O3 by 0.65 to 3.0 mol% as the total of one or two kinds is formed. Further, the laminated electronic parts are composed by using the above dielectric ceramics composition. |
