PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an energy providing system capable of maximizing wind power generation efficiency with the simple system constitution without restricting power generation more than necessary and without making the power generation inefficient like wastefully dissipating energy by automatically maximizing taking-out efficiency of the energy from wind force to a free space. SOLUTION: This device operates as a speed increaser, and accelerates air around an obstacle by arranging the obstacle in a wind flowing passage in that case. At that time, a rotor is arranged in the highest local speed area, and the final system energy output can be substantially largely increased more than output of the rotor independently operating in a free flow. |
