PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC storage tray which can house even a plurality of ICs largely differing in size in a single tray and which can stably fix all of the housed ICs. SOLUTION: The tray 1 has a storage section for housing ICs on an upper surface of the tray 1 and, on a lower surface of the tray, has a spring portion 9 including a leaf spring 91 at a position corresponding to an end of an upper surface of an IC housed in the section 2 formed on a lower tray when trays are stacked. |
