<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate complexity of a block forming process and to form a block capable of retaining its excellent strength, lightness in weight, heat insulating properties and sound absorbing properties. SOLUTION: The preparation process of this composite material comprises mixing an inorganic binder with plastic aggregate having reduced volume, which aggregate is obtained by melting an expanded plastic material and forming the molten plastic material into a granular plastic material having reduced volume.</p> |
