<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost and high-performance acceleration sensor, capable of reducing spurious (dips due to anti-resonance) defectives, using a simple constitution. SOLUTION: Sensor has lead wires 25a and 25b connected to an electrode 24a, and the lead wires 25a and 25b connected and fixed to the electrode 24a, at two positions approximately face nearby the inner periphery of a piezoelectric element 23 for adjustment in the direction of seam during rolling of the material of a vibration plate 22. The output is extracted from a connector body 26, provided to a metal case 21 through the lead wires 25a and 25b.</p> |
