PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of a gas turbine and the combined efficiency by steam-cooling a combustor tail cylinder and turbine blades in a combined cycle gas turbine. SOLUTION: A combined cycle is composed of a gas turbine 8 comprising a generator 1, a compressor 2, a combustor 3, a blade cooling air cooler 4, and a turbine 6; a steam turbine 29 comprising high pressure, middle pressure, and low pressure turbines 21, 22, 13; and an exhaust heat recovery boiler 9. Part of saturated water from a high pressure-pressure pump 27 is introduced into a demineralizer 118, the temperature of the steam is lowered with a water spray device 116, the temperature lowered steam is supplied to a moving blade 52, and steam after being cooled is returned to a re-heater 20. A stationary blade 53 is cooled with steam from the outlet of the high pressure turbine 21, a tail cylinder 54 is cooled with steam from a middle pressure super heater 16, the steam after being cooled is supplied to the inlet of the middle pressure turbine 22. The amount of steam for cooling the moving blade is reduced, and combined efficiency is enhanced.
