PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-forming beautifying composition dissolved in an aqueous solvent, and capable of forming film free from stickiness, removable with a common remover comprising acetone and/or ethyl acetate as a base, and exhibiting excellent properties in adhesivity, glossiness and the like. SOLUTION: The beautifying composition contains a dispersoid consisting of polymer particles. The polymer has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 35-80 deg.C and the lowest film-forming temperature (MFT) satisfying Tg- MFT>=8 deg.C. The composition contains at least one first organic solvent having a molecular weight of <=200 and a boiling point of 100-300 deg.C determined under the ambient atmospheric pressure and at least one second organic solvent having a molecular weight of >200 and a boiling point of >=120 deg.C determined under the ambient atmospheric pressure.
