PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of an abnormal sound by a simple improved structure in a bolster-floor joining structure. SOLUTION: A bolster upper plate 2a of a bolster 2 supported by a bogie 7 and composed of a single body using a section 1 joined with the towing part 6, and an underfloor board 5a of a floor 5 composed of a section 4 placed on this bolster upper plate 2a, are joined by a welding joining part 16 applied between a side surface of the bolster upper plate 2a and an under surface of the underfloor board, and clearance 21 is formed between the floor 5 and a part except for both side parts in an upper surface of the bolster upper plate 2a to attain the purpose.
