摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete a removal work for a molten metal 20 simply and in a short time. SOLUTION: A side wall formed in a vertical direction is provided by aligning a plurality of conductive segments 8 in a state to be peripherally and mutually insulated. An induction heating melting furnace comprises a furnace body 1 to contain a metal 20 to be molten, and an induction heating coil 11 to effect induction heating of the metal 20 to be molten contained in the furnace body 1. A stamp member 31 is situated between the furnace body 1 and the induction heating coil 11, the induction segment is provided with a wall to partition a flow passage into two or more sections, and the furnace body 1 is formed of a copper alloy high in strength. A bottom tap mechanism 21 is situated on the bottom wall of the furnace body 1, and a high frequency AC power and a DC power is supplied to an induction heating coil 24 disposed at the periphery of a tap nozzle 25.
