PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorption refrigerating machine, having high heat efficiency wherein water vapor contained in exhaust gas does not condense, even at start of operation, with small temperature rise or partial load operation. SOLUTION: The absorption refrigerating machine is provided with a refrigerant drain heat recovery device 11 for causing a refrigerant liquid condensing and flowing into a condenser 4, after heating an intermediate absorption solution in a low-temperature regenerator 3, to effect heat exchange with a part of weak absorption solution is provided; first and second heat recovery devices 26 and 27 for effecting heat exchange between the exhaust gas emitted from a gas burner 2 and the weak absorption solution are provided; an absorption solution pipe (weak absorption solution branch pipe) 14 for permitting the weak absorption solution from the low-temperature heat exchanger 9 to bypass the second heat recovery device 27 is provided; the absorption solution pipe 14 is provided with a flow control valve 28; a controller 30 for controlling the opening of the flow control valve 28, in such a manner as to make a temperature sensor 29 continuously detect a prescribed temperature (e.g. 100 deg.C) which is higher than the dew point of the exhaust gas.
