PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle capable of surely housing matter to be housed such as a lock device within a housing box without rattling. SOLUTION: This motorcycle 1 comprises a housing box 25 having an opening part 29 on the upper end, and a seat 38 for opening and closing the opening part of the housing box. The housing box comprises a bottom wall 26 opposed to the opening part and a circumferential wall 27 extending upward from the bottom wall. A housing part 61 for housing a lock device 51 is formed in the circumferential wall. The housing part is has a bottom wall 63 continued to the circumferential wall and located upward from the bottom wall, and retaining walls 65a and 65b protruded to the opening part from the bottom wall surface. The retaining walls removably retain the lock device in cooperation with the circumferential wall.
