PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing sheet for pressure sensitive copy capable of coating without bringing about bleeding even at rapidly coating by using a blade coater and having excellent color developability and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The developing sheet for pressure sensitive copy comprises a coating layer containing a coating composition containing a pigment, an adhesive and a developer as main components on a base sheet. The composition contains a pigment of 100 pts.wt. containing a heavy calcium carbonate of 30 to 100 pts.wt., the adhesive of at least one type selected from the group consisting of a starch and a starch derivative, and the organic developer of 5 to 50 pts.wt. The method for manufacturing the developing sheet for the pressure sensitive copy comprises the step of coating the coating liquid having a concentration of 36 wt.% or more on the sheet by the blade coater. The method for manufacturing the developing sheet for the pressure sensitive copy comprises the step of coating a surface with a chrome plating and coating by using the blade coater having blade including a surface roughness (Ra) of the coating surface of 0.2 μm or less. |
