PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a dimension accuracy of a cage while certainly preventing a deassembling of each bearing race, each rolling element and the cage, to enhance a high speed stability and an acoustic characteristic of a bearing and to enhance an assembling workability by omitting a tightening step of the cage. SOLUTION: In a tapered roller bearing 10, a cage 11 and a rolling element 12 are integrally formed by a solid lubricant 15. An outer diameter of a flange 13c formed on a small diameter side (left side in Figure) on an inner ring raceway surface 13a is set to a small degree and a projection of the flange 13c to an outer ring 14 side (upper side in Figure) is extremely small. Thereby, the respective rolling elements 12 and the cage 11 are assembled to the inner ring 13 without deforming the cage 11. The solid lubricant 15 is engaged such that a projection part 15a is hooked to a hook groove 13b of the inner ring raceway surface 13a. Thereby, an axial motion of the respective rolling elements 12 and the cage 11 to the inner and outer rings 13, 14 is restricted. |
