PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide rail capable of smoothly moving both ends of a shutter body in a shutter holding both ends of the shutter body connecting slats to each other in a bendable manner by a pair of guide rails having bending sections in a movable manner. SOLUTION: Each of the guide rails 28 is constituted of a straight forward form section 38 having an H-shaped section consisting of parallel tie plates and a divided plate connecting the central parts to each other and a corner member 40 having bending plates 22 separately continued to the tie plates of the straight forward form section, both ends of the shutter body are inserted between half bodies of the tie plate inside of the tie plates, and half bodies of the tie plate outside of the divided plate are mounted to the fixed surface.
