PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument for a simplified heating/air- conditioning facility. SOLUTION: This instrument includes at least one series of branches D1, D2, CT1, CT2 having the first and second terminals 2, 3 coupled to an electric power source terminal, the first branch has the first diode D1 and the second diode D2 connected to face an anode to a cathode between the first terminal and the second terminal of the serial branches, in one side, has the first sensor CT1 and the second sensor CT2 connected in series between the first terminal and the second terminal of the serial branches in the other side, a common point between the first and second diodes is connected to a common point between the first and second sensors, and a switching device for reversing a direction of a bias is included to make a current flow in the first sensor or the second sensor.
