PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight flexible fire-proofing composite piping material such as a double tube and a double joint penetrated through a boundary wall, free from the production of hydrogen chloride gas and dioxin in combustion and waste-disposal. SOLUTION: This composite pipe has two layers, that is, an inner pipe and an outer pipe, the inner pipe is molded with a resin, the outer pipe is formed by coating the inner pipe with a fire-resisting or frame-retardant inorganic material, and the inner pipe is made of a material of a thermoplastic resin not including a halogen element.
