PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a change-over valve without generating leak of fluid (hot water or the like) between a valve chest and each discharge port. SOLUTION: This change-over valve comprises a rotary valve in a valve case 12, and an inflow port 1, and discharge ports 2 and 3 are formed in the valve case 12. When an inflow passage formed in a ball-shaped valve element is communicated with the inflow port 1, the two discharge ports 2 and 3 are positioned on the same plane with the inflow passage, and the inflow port 1 is communicated with the discharge ports 2 and 3 in L-shape. Fluid from the inflow port 1 is thus discharged to the two discharge ports 2 and 3 in L- shape, thereby the valve operates as a three-way valve.
