BEARING MEMBER FOR COMPRESSOR AND MOTOR COMPRESSOR USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetic motor compressor allowing preventing backlash due to setting a bearing gap for a bearing member supporting a crankshaft for reducing unusual sounds during operation to improve efficiency of a motor. SOLUTION: A rib 3a of the bearing member 1a is placed where an angle given by inverse tangent of a bearing inner diameter of a bearing part 4 divided by an outer dimension of the bearing member 1a for a normal direction of a rim part 2a is maintained and it is translated for a tangent chosen arbitrarily. Accordingly, when an internal stress due to heat deformation caused at welding/ fixing the bearing member 1a on a closed container 10 is transmitted from the rim part 2a to the bearing part 4 via the rib 3a, a force acting direction corresponds with a phase in a tangent direction of a bearing inner diameter of the bearing part 4. And since a point of application of force lies apart from the bearing part 4, the bearing part 4 receives hardly force to be deformed for preventing the bearing gap from being damaged in its uniformity after welding.
