PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot air drying device changing the blowout direction of the hot air with a very simple structure. SOLUTION: A shutter 2 is provided on the tip opening of a blowout hole 1 for blowing out the hot air, and louvers 3 made of a thin shape memory alloy are installed in the blowout hole 1. Supports 3a fixed to both ends in the longitudinal direction of each louver 3 are fixed to both side face portions of the blowout hole 1. When the temperature of the hot air is lower than the transformation temperature of the shape memory alloy, the louvers 3 are kept in a flat plate shape to take a horizontal attitude, and the hot air is blown forward and nearly horizontally from the blowout hole 1. When the temperature of the hot air is higher than the transformation temperature, the louvers 3 are deformed into a forward and downward grade state, and the hot air is blown slantly and downward.
