SOLUTION: Mixing valves for water combination faucet equipped with a temperature regulating mechanism for principally determining a valve position according to the position of the temperature regulating operation part and a flow regulating mechanism comprises a high-temperature spout safety device for regulating the displacement of the temperature regulating operation part. The kind of water heater is limited, and a relief valve and a pressure balancing valve are combined with the water and hot water supplying equipment, whereby the convenience is further improved.
