PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping drawing preparation format allowing preliminary study of piping to facilitate a piping planning, a piping planning method, and an aid device for piping drawing preparation. SOLUTION: In this piping drawing preparation format for underfloor piping structure for drawing various pipe arrangement routes in an underfloor space formed between a floor board 21 fixed to a pier (wooden block 20) arranged with a prescribed space in the plane direction on a floor base material (floor slab 16) and the floor base material 16, a pier position (dot 7) for displaying the position matched to the position of the pier 20 is displayed in the plotting column 2 of the piping drawing plotting format.
