PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with the work of forming a hoisting accessory mounting threaded hole in an additional counterweight to reduce the manufacturing cost thereof. SOLUTION: The additional counterweight 17 is formed by cutting steel plate consisting of waste steel material, and the additional counterweight 17 comprises bolt insert holes 18 and 19 for inserting mounting bolts 24 with a clearance and hoisting accessory insert holes 20 and 21 for inserting eye bolts 22 with a clearance. Accordingly, it is unnecessary to form the hoisting accessory mounting threaded hole in the additional counterweight 17 that is a heavy matter by drilling and tapping, and the hoisting accessory insert holes 20 and 21 can be formed only by drilling. The workability in the formation of the hoisting accessory insert holes 20 and 21 in the additional counterweight 17 can be thus enhanced to reduce the manufacturing cost of the additional counterweight 17.
