FINE PARTICLE, ELECTROCONDUCTIVE FINE PARTICLE, IN-PLANE SPACER FOR LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fine particle having not only excellent heat stability and compression recoverabiltiy, but also low water absorption to the extent of causing no problem with dry scattering. SOLUTION: This fine particle is the one obtained by polymerizing a monomer. The monomer comprises 80-100 wt.% trimethylolpropane triacrylate, or comprises 80-100 wt.% total of the trimethylolpropane triacrylate and ditrimethylolpropane tetraacrylate. The fine particle has 0.2-6% water absorption (under the saturated water vapor pressure at 25 deg.C).
