PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinhole inspecting device capable of inspecting every part of a container for pinholes. SOLUTION: In the pinhole inspecting device, a high voltage is impressed on parts of the container to be inspected for pinholes made of an electric insulating material, and discharge to contents with conductivity is detected to determine the presence or absence of pinholes in the container. The pinhole inspecting device comprises a griping/transferring means 20 for supporting one side of the container 10 and transferring it. The gripping/transferring means 20 is formed in such a way as to rotate in the direction of transferring of the container 10 and is capable of arranging the contents in the vicinity of the parts to be inspected for pinholes by inclining the container.
